Thomas H. O´Neill, Jr., Founder, has over 30 years of domestic and international experience in the field of petroleum exploration and financing. Mr. O´Neill serves as Chairman of the Board (non-executive) of Union Drilling, Inc., a NASDAQ-listed oil and gas drilling company with operations in the Appalachian Basin and the Rocky Mountains. Mr. O´Neill is a director of Firebird Holdings Limited, a logistics and contract warehousing business with operation in Eastern Europe, Russia and the United Kingdom. Mr. O´Neill has drilled or has acquired ownership in approximately 1,600 wells, most of which were drilled throughout the Appalachian Basin. In addition, Mr. O´Neill is a director of Somerset Gas Transmission, a gas pipeline operator and developer. He has bought and sold many pipeline systems, various oil and gas companies and well-servicing organizations located in the Appalachian Basin. He serves as a chairman of American Coradius International, a financial services company. Mr. O´Neill served on Governor Cuomo´s Advisory Board for Oil, Gas and Solution Mining for the state of New York from 1981 to 1986, served on the New York State Banking Board from 1994 through 1997, and was appointed by Governor Pataki to the New York State Dormitory Authority Board where he served for six years as Vice Chairman. Mr. O´Neill is a graduate of Canisius College in Buffalo, New York.

William ZieglerWilliam R. Ziegler has been of counsel to the law firm of Satterlee Stephens Burke & Burke LLP since January 2001. Prior to that time he was a partner in that law firm and predecessor firms. Mr. Ziegler is a private investor with over 20 years experience in investing and leading investments in the energy sector. He serves as a director of SpeechCycle, Inc., a speech recognition solutions provider, American Coradius, Inc., a financial services company, and of La Crosse Milling Company, a grain milling company. He is Chairman of the Board (non-executive) of Vesta Corporation, a virtual payments company, iForce Group Limited, an e-fulfillment company, Tablogix International Ltd., a logistics company, Geokinetics, Inc., a seismic services company, Ontario Clean power LLC, a wind resource energy company, Shera International Ltd., a wireless point of sale technology company, Somerset Gas Transmission Company, a gas pipeline operator and developer, Somerset Production Company an oil and gas exploration company based in the Appalachian Basin, and Union Drilling Company LLC, an oil and gas drilling services holding company. Mr. Ziegler was one of the organizers and formerly Vice Chairman of Falcon Drilling Company, Inc., an offshore drilling services company, which, as R&B Falcon Corporation, was merged with Transocean, Inc. in 2001 to form the world´s largest marine drilling contractor. Mr. Ziegler was born in New York, New York, and is a graduate of Amherst College and received a law degree from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. degree from Columbia University.

Sheri Schrimmel joined Somerset Production Company /ZOG in 2006. Sheri is responsible for all lease administrative duties, including maintaining and updating the lease database, rental payments and mapping. Prior to joining Somerset Production Company, Sheri worked as a Legal Administrative Assistant for a West Seneca, NY attorney specializing in real estate and estate planning, and as the office manager for Complete Benefit Services, a broker for employee group benefits and individual life and disability policies for 8 years each. Just prior to that, Sheri worked as a Senior Business Analyst in the Consumer Lending Department at Goldome Bank (1980-1988).

Suzan E. Willhauck has worked for Somerset Production Company ("Somerset") or one of its related companies for the past 26 years. Suzan's responsibilities currently include all aspects of accounting for Somerset including management of cash, receivables and payables. She also maintains the company's general ledger and its employee files. Additionally, Suzan maintains Somerset's banking relationship and prepares the company's books for annual review and tax preparation by its outside auditors. Suzan's career has been extensive in the area of oil and gas accounting including accounting for exploration and development, gas gathering systems, transportation, and gas marketing. Suzan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Canisius College in Buffalo, New York.

Gregory J. Altman, CFO, has also served as controller for Somerset Capital Partners for ten years. Prior to becoming affiliated with the Somerset companies, Mr. Altman worked for US Energy, an independent oil and gas exploration and production company, and J.M. Jayson & Co., a real estate syndicate of public partnerships, as head of financial operations. Prior to that, Mr. Altman worked in public accounting for ten years. A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Altman earned his bachelor´s degree from New York University and graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo´s graduate tax certificate program. Mr. Altman is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is actively involved on the Board of the Buffalo, New York chapter of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He also serves on the finance committee for The Olmsted Conservancy in Buffalo, NY and is President for the Western New York Kidney Foundation.

George J. Kubisty, Land Manager, has 30 years experience in corporate management positions and is an independent consultant providing land services for lease, easement and rights of way negotiations and acquisitions, court house research, permit procurement, due diligence review, analysis and reports, land damage settlements and all other land related activities for energy related companies. Mr. Kubisty has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
